The false collective enterprise is one of the disasters of the development of China economy. Its characteristics,its cause and its harm are analyzed in this article and a number of proposals are also offered here for checking up the false collective enterprises and according to the sources of funds,the form of distribution and the economic responsibility,determining to whom the own ership belongs so as to strengthen the collective economy and protect the legal operation of private businesses.
