摘要
住房制度改革中折旧费和投资利息的计算公式在理论上是值得探讨的。而通过静态和动态不同计算公式的分析讨论和数值计算,则导出了在新住房制度运行模式下,租金中折旧费因素和投资利息因素宜采用的计算公式,并导出在不同年利率和不同年通胀率的情况下的动态计算公式。
The objective of this research is to make a theoretical inquiry into the calculating formulas for depreciation charge and investment interest in housing system reform. Through the calculating formulas for depreciation and invest interest particular to the new housing system. we obatin the dynamic calculating formulas to cope with the different annual interest rate and different annual inflation rate.
