随着网络技术的发展与普及,网络募捐进入公众视野,其所彰显的"微公益""全民慈善"理念也正改变着人们对慈善事业的认识和理解,慈善正走入普通公民的视野并成为普通公民尤其是年轻网民热衷青睐的时尚。然而繁华背后也有着辛酸与尴尬,网络募捐仍然存在着诸多问题,主要包括募捐信息真假难辨、发起人地位模糊不清、善款使用和管理不透明、网络慈善组织发展问题,以及网络募捐监管等问题。因此,推进宁波网络募捐的可持续发展要求网络募捐的各个要件是良性的发展模式。

Along with the development and popularization of network technology,network donations come into the public view.The idea of 'micro-charity' and 'Nationwide Charity' is also changing people's awareness and understanding of the charity.Charity is coming into the ordinary citizen and becoming the popular fashion of ordinary citizen especially young netizens.On the contrary,behind the prosperity is bitterness and awkwardness.Problems abound in network donation,i.e.,the difficulty in distinguishing genuine information from the false,the ambiguity in the status of the initiators,the opacity in the donation employment and management the problems on the development of Cyber-grassroots organization etc.So promoting the sustainable development of network donations in Ningbo requires the benign development of its components.
