氯乙酸异辛酯合成研究

摘要 以氯乙酸、异辛醇为原料 ,固体超强酸作催化剂 ,在减压条件下合成了氯乙酸异辛酯。考察了各种因素对酯化率的影响 ,得出最佳条件为 :异辛醇与氯乙酸的摩尔比 1.0∶1.0 ,固体超强酸催化剂SA的用量为反应物总质量的 0 .5 % ,反应时间为 3h ,真空度为 95~ 98kPa ,酯化率达 99.6 % (以氯乙酸计 )。自制SA催化剂催化活性稳定 ,不腐蚀设备 ,无环境污染 ,可多次重复使用 ,催化活性基本不变。 Solid super acid was used as the catalyst for the synthesis of isooctyl chloroacetate, which was obtained by the combining of chloracetic acid and 2-ethylexanol under the condition of reduced pressure. The effects on the yield of product were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions should be that the molar ratio of reactants(n(2-ethylexanol ) ∶n(chloracetic acid))was1.0∶1.0, the amount of solid super acid catalyst was 0.5 % of total mass of reactants, the reaction time was 3 h, the pressure was 95~98 kPa in the process of esterfying The total yield of product was up to 99.6 % under such conditions .This solid super acid catalyst for the esterfication had many advantages, such as non-corrosive to the equipment and no pollution to the environment. Its catalytic activity didn't decrease after being used repeatedly for 11times.
