摘要
研究了水基汽车表面防护蜡乳液粒径、蜡结晶状态与防护蜡成膜状态关系。提出了通过控制乳化体系的HLB值 ,提高防护蜡抗水性能的方法。研制的水基汽车防护蜡经应用试验证明 。
A new kind of wax emulsion for car protection, the composition, and the wax treating process were described. Preparation conditions of the wax were optimized by 'uniform design'. The protection mechanism of the wax emulsion, the relationship of the emulsion particle size/wax crystal and the wax film were also studied. The wax product was proved to be efficient in car protection on ocean ship transportation.
