摘要
微孔丝网复合材料因其特殊的孔隙结构,难以通过常规无损检测手段检查出其制造过程中的分层、开裂等内部缺陷。本文采用红外热波技术开展了微孔丝网复合材料无损检测的应用研究,结果表明:红外热波无损检测技术能够确定材料缺陷的位置和形状,通过解剖发现检出的最小分层开裂宽度6um。实验证明红外热波无损检测技术是一种新型有效的的微孔材料检测方法。
Microporous wire mesh composite material characterised with its special pore structure, it's difficult to check out the manufacturing process of stratification, cracking and other internal defect with the conventional nondestructive testing methods. The infrared thermal wave technology was selected to detect the internal defect of this microporous wire mesh composite material in this paper. The results show that the infrared thermal wave nondestructive detection technique can be used to judge the position and shape of material defects. It's confirmed that the detectable minimum crack width is 6um. The experiment proved that the infrared thermal wave nondestructive detection technology is a new and effective method for detecting the microporous material.
