对于补强区内存在焊缝这一特殊情况 ,本文第一次提出了补强区内强度计算壁厚这一概念 ,使开孔补强计算更趋完善和合理。
It is first put forward in the text that concept of calculating thickness of wall under exiting welding seams.Intensity calculating means is more prefect and in reason.
