穿孔位置对单向层板弯曲刚度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对不同穿孔位置单向板分别在简支和固支约束方式下的弯曲刚度进行试验研究 ,并进行了有限元建模和数值计算。有限元计算结果和试验结果吻合良好。研究结果表明 ,穿孔面积比相同时 ,在不同的约束条件下穿孔位置对弯曲刚度的影响不同 ; Under two different restraints, bending rigidity of UD-laminate with holes is studied. Three-point bending tests are carried out to investigate the influence of hole position on bending rigidity. Subjected to the same condition, finite element analysis is also conducted. The finite element analysis is in excellent agreement with the experimental results. The results show when the ratio of the area of holes to the area of plate is equal, the influence of hole position on the bending rigidity of UD-laminate is different if the plate is subjected to different restraints. The plate has the maximum bending rigidity with the holes arranged on the place of the minimum bending moment.
