摘要
目的 探讨失语患者对护患沟通不满意的原因及改进措施 ,提高失语患者对护患沟通的满意度。方法 通过质量管理活动 ,自制调查问卷对本科失语患者进行调查 ,了解分析患者对护患沟通不满意的原因并制定相应的对策措施 ,制成《沟通指南手册》应用于临床 ,实施后行再调查分析。结果 患者对护患沟通的满意度由实施前的 11.5 4%提高到实施后的 90 .5 %。结论 使用《沟通指南手册》
Objective To discuss the reasons for poor communication between aphosic patients and nurses and thus propose ways to improve it.Methods Through quality control activities and questionnaire investigation, the reasons for poor communication between the aphosic patients and nurses were investigated, based on which “A Communication Guidebook” was propsed.Results The satisfaction rate rose from 11.54% to 90.5%.Conclusion “A Communication Guidebook” is helpful for improving communication between aphosic patients and nurses.
