On the Government Behavior in the Process of Economic Transformation

本文对市场经济条件下政府的作用问题进行了探讨。文章认为 ,无论在理论还是在实践方面 ,市场都存在自身难以克服的缺陷。因此 ,即使在完全自由的市场经济国家 ,也不能忽视政府在社会经济生活中的作用。尤其是对于经济转轨时期的我国来说 ,由于其市场还很脆弱 ,风险防范体系还不健全 。

The role of a government in market economy is discussed in this article.The article insists that market always has its own insolvable defects not only theoretically but also practically, so we should not ignore the role of the government in social economical life even if in the full free market economy countries. Especially in the period of present economy transformation, we should further strengthen the role of our government in the field of system normalization and macro coordination, because the market is fragile and the risk countermeasure system is immature.
