摘要
目的:测定复方赖氨酸颗粒剂中葡萄糖酸钙含量。方法:原子吸收分光光度标准曲线法测定葡萄糖酸钙含量。结果:当葡萄糖酸钙浓度为20~12μg/ml(相当于钙离子浓度1.8~10.7μg/ml),浓度与吸收度线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.04%。结论:本测定方法取样量少,操作简单,结果准确,尤其适用于当络合测定钙离子难以判断终点的品种。
Objective: Thepurpose is to establish a method to determine the calcium gluconate in compound lysine granules. Methods:Standard curve of Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry were employed to determine the calcium gluconate. Results This method showed good linearity in the ranges of 20- 120ug/ml of calcium gluconate, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 100. 3%.RSD was 1.04%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for that preparation when determination of calcium gluconate is difficult by compleximetry.
