摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊含量。方法:以KF-C_(18)(4.6×250mmm,10μm)为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水-三乙胺-冰醋酸(70:10:20:0.4:0.6);流速为1.0ml·min^(-1);254nm检测。结果:本品在5.8~29.0μg·ml^(-1)呈良好线性(r=0.9999);回收率为99.4%,RSD=1.2%(n=5);样品测定结果与药典方法无显著性差异。结论:本法简便,快速,专属性强,可测定盐酸氟桂利嗪含量。
Objective: A HPLC method for determination of flunarizine hydrochloride capsule was described. Method:In the method a KF-C18(4. 6×250mm, 10um)colunm was adopted, the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-water-triethylamine-glacial acetic acid (70 : 10 :20: 0.4: 0. 6). The wavelength used for detection was 251nm. The flow rate was 1.0ml .min-1. Results: The linear range was 5.8-29.0 ug . ml-1(r = 0. 9999), The recovery was 99. 4% (RSD= 1. 2% ,n = 5). The result has no prominent difference with Clip's. Conclusion:The method was convenient .accurate. It is suitable for determination of flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.
