氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液的差示分光光度法测定

摘要 目的:建立差示分光光度法测定氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液含量。方法:以氧氟沙星在0.1mol/L盐酸溶液和0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中于波长298nm处测得的差示吸引值(△A),作为定量依据。结果:平均回收率为99.99%,RSD=0.25%。 Ofloxacin Glucose Injection were determined dy differential spectrophtometry. The differential absorptions of ofloxacin in 0. 1 mol/L HC1 and in 0.1mol/L NaOH was linar with in the range of the ofloxacin concentration of 6~18ug/ml, at the detection wavelength of 298nm. the average recovery was 99. 99% with RSD = 0. 25%.
