红霉素软膏致病菌检验方法的研究

在红霉素软膏微生物限度检验中,本文通过在供试品中加入适量的十四烷酸异丙酯将其基质凡士林溶解后。加入适量灭菌生理盐水振摇,提取后,取水层微孔滤膜过滤,再用适量灭菌生理盐水分数次洗涤,除去红霉素的抑菌活性,使之检出供试品中污染的致病菌。试验进行数次,均取得较满意的结果。

During microbial limit tests of erythromycin ointment .vaseline in the sample of test used as bases was solved by adding some quantity of Isopropyl Myristate. Then,after adding some sterile physiologic saline,shaking and extracting,aqueous layer was filtered aqueous layer was filtered by microporous filter memberane. The filtered aqueous layer was washed by some sterile physiologic saline in several times so that the activity of inhibitory bacteria could be eliminated and disease bacteria contaminated by the samples of test could be checked out. Results of test after several times were all satisfying.
