摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定热痛灵注射液中盐酸异丙嗪含量,提高热痛灵注射液控制含量的标准。方法:色谱柱为C_(18),流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺(40:60:0.3)(用磷酸调pH至4.0),检测波长249nm,外标法。结果:盐酸异丙嗪在0.1088～1.9584μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.8％,RSD为1.08％(n=6)。结论:本法简便,快速,结果准确,可靠。
Objective: An RP - HPLC method was used for determining the contents of promethazine hydrochloride in Re-tongling injections. Methods: Using ODS column, Acetonitrile-water-triethylamine (40 : 60: 0. 3) (adjust the solution with phosphoric acid to pH 4. 0) as mobile phase, Detection wavelength was 249nm,Results:The calibration curves showde good linearity over the range of 0. 1088-1. 9584ug,r = 0. 9999,The average recovery was 100. 79%,RSD was 1. 08%. Conclusion: The method was simple,fast,accurate and reliable.
