广东省流行麻疹野病毒的核蛋白基因序列分析 被引量:9

Sequence Analysis of the Nucleoprotein Gene of Measles Viruses Isolated in Guangdong Province

摘要 广东省 2 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 1年分离到 7株麻疹病毒 ,通过逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)扩增出该 7株麻疹病毒核蛋白 (N)基因碳末端 5 90个核苷酸。其中碳末端 45 0个核苷酸的序列测定和分析提示 ,该 7株病毒为麻疹野病毒H1基因型。 7株病毒之间核苷酸同源性为 96 .7%~ 10 0 0 %,和其它基因型相比 ,碳末端 45 0个核苷酸水平变异可达 12 0 %,提示氨基酸水平上的变异在 12 .4%。 wild-type measles viruses were isolated in Guangdong Province from 2000-2001.A 590bp fragment of C-terminus of the nucleoprotein(N) gene was amplified by RT-PCR.Sequence analysis of 450bp of C-terminus of the N gene indicated that all of the 7 isolates were H1 genotype.Results revealed that degree of homology among Guangdong viruses ranged from 96.7%~100% when compared with each other.These viruses differed from other genotypes by as much as 12% in the 450bp fragment,the predicted amino acid variability was up to 12.4%.
