Objective:To summarize a significant effets of ventricular remodeling in development of heart failure.Methods:To study references of cardiac remodeling and heart failure in medical basis and clinic.Results:Cardiac remodeling is pathological basis of heart failure.Canclusion:Inhibitoring ventricular remodeling is a significant method of therapy in heart farlure of treatment and reductive occurrence.
