Steady-state Analysis of Single-mode Laser Model Driven by Correlated Noises

摘要 对具有色泵噪声和白量子噪声关联驱动的单模激光模型的稳态统计性质进行了研究。从交叉关联噪声驱动的修正郎之万方程(MLE)出发,利用近似福克 普郎克方程(AFPE),计算了稳态激光光强的平均值<I>、斜方差λ2(0)和偏斜率λ3(0),并分析了泵噪声的"颜色"对它们的影响。研究发现:1)泵噪声的自关联时间τ与量子和泵噪声的交叉关联强度λ对分布函数Pst的影响是完全相反的;2)τ基本上不影响平均光强<I>,但在阈值附近,λ会使<I>的涨落增加;3)λ和τ对λ2(0)和λ3(0)的影响是一样的。 The stationary statistical properties of a singlemode laser with the correlation between quantum and pump colorednoise noises were investigated.Applying approximative FokkerPlanck equation(AFPE) to the modified Langevin equation(MLE) driven by quantum and pump colored noise,the mean <I>,variance λ2(0),and skewness λ3(0) of the steadystate laser intensity were calculated and the effects of pump noise 'color' on the three moments were analyzed.We found that:1) the effects of the selfcorrelation time of the pump noise τ and the strength of correlation between quantum and pump noises λ on the steadstate distribution Pst are entirely opposite;2) τ does not influence the mean light intensity <I>,but λ increases fluctuation of <I> near threshold;3) The effects of τ and λ on λ2(0) and λ3(0) are accordant.
