乙型肝炎患者自身抗体与外周血CD5^+B细胞、CD5mRNA变化的关系

Correlation between autoantibody and CD5^+B cell and CD5 mRNA in peripheral blood of hepatitis B patients

目的 探讨乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )患者产生的各种自身抗体与外周血CD5 + B细胞百分率和B细胞CD5mRNA水平之间的关系。方法 用ELISA测定乙肝患者类风湿因子 (RF)、抗核抗体 (ANA)、抗心磷脂抗体 (ACA)、抗肝细胞膜特异性脂蛋白抗体(抗LSP)、抗亲环素A抗体 (抗CyPA)、抗钙调素抗体 (抗CaM) ;用免疫组化法检测CD5 + B细胞、RT PCR法检测CD5mRNA。结果 慢性乙肝 (慢肝 )、慢性重症乙肝 (慢重肝 )、肝炎后肝硬化 (肝硬化 )患者ACA、抗CyPA、抗CaM水平与CD5 + B细胞百分率和CD5mRNA水平呈正相关。结论 CD5 + B细胞参与乙肝的慢性化和严重化病程 。

Objectives To explore the correlation of the quantity of CD5 + cell and B cells CD5 mRNA level in peripheral blood with positive rate of autoantibodies in hepatitis B patients.Methods Rheumatoid factor (RF),antinuclear antibody(ANA),anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA), antibody against liver cell specific membrane lipoprotein(anti LSP),anti cyclophilin A (anti CyPA),anti calmodulin(anti CaM) in the sera from hepatitis B patients were detected by ELISA.(……) Resulits The percentage of CD5 +B cells and the rise of CD5mRNA level significantly correlated with ANA,ACA,LSP,anti CyPA,anti CaM in chronic hepatitis B,chronic severe hepatitis B and posthepatitic cirrhosis patients.Conclusion The results suggested that CD5+B cells participate in transformation between chronic stage and acute stage and may take biological effect by producing some auto antibodies.
