城镇污水处理中进水温度对CASS工艺的影响 被引量:2

Effects of influent temperature on the CASS process in the treatment of municipal wastewater

摘要 以江西某城镇污水处理厂为例,研究了CASS工艺在实际工程应用中于不同温度下对化学需氧量(COD)、氨态氮(NH_3-N)、总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)的处理效果。结果表明,在进水温度处于12℃~25℃范围内时,COD与NH_3-N去除率均达到90%以上,COD出水浓度在26~31 mg·L^(-1)之间,NH_3-N出水浓度在3 mg·L^(-1)左右;总磷去除率达到87.1%~94.3%,出水浓度为1.5~3.8 mg·L^(-1);总氮去除率为57.5%~93.3%,出水浓度介于2.8~17 mg·L^(-1)。出水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准。 Taking a municipal wastewater treatment plant in Jiangxi Province as an example this paper investigated the treatment effect of Cyclic Activated Sludge System(CASS) process on chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),total phosphorus(TP) and total nitrogen(TN) at different temperatures in practical engineering application.The results showed that,when the water temperature is between 12 ℃ and 25 ℃,the removal rates of COD and NH3-N are above 90%,the effluent concentration of COD is 26~31 mg·L-1,and the effluent concentration of NH3-N is about 3 mg·L-1;The total phosphorus removal rate reached 87.1%~94.3% with concentration of 1.5~3.8 mg·L-1 and the total nitrogen removal rate was 57.5%~93.3% with concentration of 2.8~17 mg·L-1.The water quality of the effluent meets the first grade B requirements of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
