模糊—PID复合控制的随动系统设计

摘要 针对计算机控制系统课程教学的实际需要以及工科学生实践能力的培养,开发了以STM32F103ZET6为控制器的小功率随动系统。实现了模糊—PID复合控制算法在微控制器上的应用,与PID控制相比较,系统的随动灵敏度和稳定性得到了明显改善。上位机软件采用MFC程序设计编写,实现控制器与PC机的串行通信,将数据在PC机上进行波形显示和形态显示,便于更直观地对其控制性能进行分析。不仅可以增强学生对理论知识的掌握,而且能提高学生理论联系实际的能力。 According to the actual need of course teaching of computer control technology,and the training of engineering students' practical ability,a small power servo system of the chip of STM32F103ZET6 as the controller was developed. It realizes the application of Fuzzy-PID compound control algorithm on MCU,the dynamic sensitivity and steady state error can be improved significantly compared with PID control. Based on MFC,the software of master computer realized the serial communication of controller and PC. The data display on the PC for waveform and form,the control performance can be analyzed intuitively. The system not only improves the learning initiative of students,but also enhances the students' abilities of combing theory with practice.
