冷轧变形量对Ti-3Al-2.5V钛合金管微观结构及拉伸性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了冷轧变形量对Ti-3Al-2.5V钛合金管拉伸性能的影响。用光学显微镜观察不同变形量的钛合金管显微组织,并用拉伸试验机对拉伸性能进行测试。结果表明,随着变形量的增加,钛合金管长条状组织和晶体择优取向越来越明显。冷轧形变量从30%提高到70%,拉伸强度略有提高,但应变显著降低。750℃是钛管的再结晶温度,微观结构将完全恢复到平衡状态,实验测得的再结晶温度与计算值相符。研究结果对高性能Ti-3Al-2.5V钛合金管的发展和生产过程的稳定十分重要。 Effect of deformation rate on microstructure and tensile property of cold rolled Ti-3Al-2.5V alloy tubes were studied.The microstructure was observed by optical microscope and tensile properties were evaluated with a tensile tester.The result shows that the microstructure of cold rolling Ti-3Al-2.5V alloy tube is bacillary structure and the crystal preferred orientation becomes more and more significant with the increasing cold rolling deformation rate.The tensile strength increase a little but the strain remarkably decreased with the cold rolling deformation rate increasing from 30% to 70%.The temperature of 750℃ is the recrystallization temperature and the microstructure of the tube fully recoveries to an equilibrium state.The experimentally measured recrystallization temperature is in accord with the calculated value.The results are important to develop the high performance Ti-3Al-2.5V alloy tubes and to stabilize the production process.
