摘要
江西商联中心B2塔楼采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,属于超B级高度超高层建筑。本研究运用软件SAUSAGE,采用纤维梁单元模拟梁柱构件及壳单元模拟剪力墙构件,建立结构有限元模型,并对结构进行了弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明,在罕遇地震作用下,仅有少量连梁出现损伤,剪力墙墙身、框架基本无损坏,结构变形满足《高层建筑混凝土结构设计规程》要求,说明结构整体具备良好的受力性能,能较好的满足抗震设计的性能目标。
The B2 tower of Shanglian Business Center,which adopts the reinforced concrete frame-core wall structural system,is a high-rise building exceeding the code 's B-level height requirement.In this paper,SAUSAGE software is applied to create the structural numerical model,in which columns and beams are simulated by fiber beam elements,and shear walls are simulated by shell elements.Then the elastic-plastic time-history analysis on the structure under the rare earthquake is conducted.The results show that,under rare earthquake,only a few coupling beams are slightly damaged,and nearly all the shear walls and frames are free of damage.The structure deformation meets the requirements in technical specification for concrete structures of tall buildings.The overall structure has good mechanical performance and satisfies the performance-based seismic design goal.
