基于“OBTL模式”及“PDCA方法”的质量控制课程教学模式探究 被引量:9

摘要 OBTL教学法定位于满足学生和社会的未来角色需要,并通过不同的教学方式与路径,达到预定的教学成果。本研究以该方法为切入点,通过调整课程内容体系、引入PDCA教学培养模式等以提高质量控制课程的教学成效,并针对南昌航空大学测控技术及仪器专业本科生进行试点,分4个步骤:计划、实施、检查、纠正验证了质量控制教学模式的可行性和效果,实践教学验证表明:"OBTL模式"及"PDCA方法"的质量控制课程教学模式是在培养学生学习主动性及创新能力方面是可行的,而且具有一定的效果。 OBTL teaching method is designed to meet the needs of students and society in the future,and the intended teaching results is obtained through the different teaching methods.In this paper,the OBTL is taken as the breakthrough point.The teaching effect of quality control is improved by adjusting the curriculum system and introducing the PDCA teaching mode.Furthermore,A pilot project for the undergraduates of measurement and control technology and instrumentation at Nanchang Hangkong University is established,which includes four steps,planning,implement,checking,correcting to verify the quality control teaching model.The practice teaching verification proves that the quality control course teaching model of "OBTL mode"and "PDCA method"is feasible and effective in cultivating students' initiative and innovation ability.
