摘要
采用热引发前线聚合法(TFP)快速制备了蒙脱土/环氧树脂纳米复合材料,研究了填料含量对前线聚合反应的前线推动速率Vf和最高前线温度Tmax的影响,并通过使用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和力学性能测试等手段对不同固化物的性能与结构进行测试和表征。结果表明:不同体系的前线推动速率和最高前线温度均随蒙脱土含量的增大而变小;采用TFP法使蒙脱土/环氧树脂复合体系完全固化;蒙脱土在固化物中实现了插层或剥离,对基体树脂具有较好的增韧作用。
Thermal frontal polymerization(TFP)was used to cure epoxy resin-montmorillonite nanocomposites.The effect of the amount of montmorillonite on the frontal velocity and maximum frontal temperature was investigated.The structure and properties of the cured products were characterized with FTIR and XRD analysis.The results show that,both the frontal velocity and the frontal temperature decreased with the increase of MMT content.The cured products obtained by the TFP method were nearly completely cured.MMT were found to be intercalated or exfoliated,showing an excellent toughing effect to the matrix.
