摘要
对黑曲霉HYA47固体发酵产木聚糖酶的产酶条件进行探讨。采用单因素试验和正交试验,确定试验范围内培养基的组成为玉米芯7 g,麸皮3 g,(NH4)2SO4添加量1.00%,NaNO3添加量3.0%,培养基为含水量1.5 mL/g干基,初始pH值5.5;培养条件为接种量1.0×106个/g干基,34℃发酵72 h。在此条件下,木聚糖酶活力可达354.02 U/g。
The culture conditions for the production of xylanase in solid-state fermentation by Aspergillus niger HYA47 are studied. The results show that the optimal culture conditions are as follows corncob 7 g, wheat bran 3 g, (NH4)2SO4 1.0%, NaNO3 3.0%, water 1.5 mL/g (dry weight) , beginning pH 5.5, 1.0 ×106 spores per gram medium, at 34 ℃ for 72 h. Under these optimal fermentation conditions, xylanase activity reaches 354.02 U/g.
