摘要
以绿原酸提取率为考察指标,对微波法辅助提取向日葵叶中绿原酸提取工艺条件中的每一个可能因素进行研究。结果表明,当乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶20,浸泡时间30 min,微波温度60℃,微波功率300 W,微波时间6 min,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间20 min,pH值7时,向日葵叶中绿原酸提取率达1.848%。通过对提取过程中每一个细致因素的分析,以期为向日葵叶中绿原酸的工业化微波辅助提取提供参考。
Taking the rate of extracting chlorogenic acid as target, every factor that may influence extracting chlorogenic acid from sunflower leaves by microwave-assisted extracting is studied. The result shows that the extraction yield of chlorogenic acid can reach to 1.848% when ethanol concentration 70%, ratio of the material to liquid 1∶20, immersion in water for 30 min, microwave temperature 60℃, power 300 W, microwave time 6 min, extraction temperature 70℃, extraction time 20 min, and pH value 7. In order to supply some reference for the industrial extraction of chlorogenic acid from sunflower leaves by analyzing the elaborate factors.
