Teaching Method Exploration of Science and Technology of Animal Products for Ethnic Students

畜产品加工学的学习对于少数民族人民生活水平的提高具有非常重要的意义。针对目前民族学生畜产品加工学教学过程中存在的一些实际问题,从教学大纲与内容、教学方法和民族特点等方面进行分析,并通过实践和探索提出相应的对策。

The studying of science and technology of animal products has a very important significance in improving the living standards of ethnic minority. There are many practical problems which exist in engineering teaching course for territory of nationality, those problems are analyzed in the course syllabus and contents, teaching method and national traits, corresponding strategy are also presented by practicing and exploring.
