血液透析患者体内的炎症反应状态及其意义 被引量：5

摘要 动脉粥样硬化、营养不良及感染是维持性透析患者的主要致死及致残原因,而炎症反应与动脉粥样硬化、营养不良的发生、发展密切相关.全身或局部的炎症反应不仅是机体的一种保护机制,而且参与许多疾病的发生和发展.维持性血液透析患者处于特殊的病理生理状态,体细胞在长期的非生理状态下处于慢性刺激状态,表现为非特异的炎症反应亢进,而特异的细胞免疫功能低下,可能在尿毒症患者各种并发症的发生中起重要作用,本文对此进行文献综述.
