摘要 文章针对风力发电机组主机厂对液压制动系统缺乏有效试验手段的问题,介绍了一种自主开发的风力发电机组液压制动系统测试平台。测试平台采用模块化设计,主要由液压动力单元、通用及定制化阀组、高速轴及偏航制动器执行机构等部分组成,同时平台集成了NI采集和控制软硬件系统,实现对试验数据的高速采集、分析与处理。通过模拟风力发电机组高速轴制动和偏航制动过程,测试平台测得的压力、流量和位移数据与机组实际运行工况相符,满足设计要求,验证了其有效性。测试平台可以为风力发电机组液压制动系统的改进和优化提供可靠的试验保证。 In this paper, a self-developed testing platform for hydraulic brake system of wind turbine is introduced in view of the lack of effective test means for hydraulic brake system in the main plant of wind turbine. The testing platform adopts modular design, which is mainly composed of hydraulic power unit, universal and customized valve set, high-speed shaft and yaw brake actuator, etc. Meanwhile, the platform integrates NI acquisition and control software and hardware system to realize high-speed acquisition, analysis and processing of test data. By simulating the high-speed shaft braking and yaw braking process of wind turbine, the pressure, flow and displacement data measured by the test platform are consistent with the actual operating conditions of the wind turbine, meet the design requirements and verify its effectiveness. The testing platform provides reliable test guarantee for improving and optimizing the hydraulic brake system of wind turbine.
