摘要
通过试验优选黑曲霉鲜曲发酵生产葛根素的工艺过程,采用正交试验,以葛根素的提取率为考察指标,优选最佳提取工艺。结果表明,发酵的最佳工艺为接种量5%,发酵时间60 h,p H值5.5,发酵温度30℃。此法成本低、能耗小、产品纯度高,可降低葛根资源的浪费,促进葛根活性成分的开发和利用。
Through experiment for optimizing the processes of Aspergillus Niger fermentation production of puerarin. Using orthogonal test,the extraction yield of puerarin as examining index,select the best extraction process. Results show that the optimal quantity of Aspergillus Niger is 5%,fermentation time is 60 h,p H is 5.5,fermentation temperature is 30 ℃. The method with low cost,low energy consumption,high purity products,could reduce the waste of pueraria resources,promoted the development and utilization of radix puerariae active ingredients.
