摘要
采用共水蒸馏(Hydrodistillation,HD)、固相微萃取(Solid phase microextraction,SPME)和同时蒸馏萃取(Simultaneous distillation and extraction,SDE)结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析黄枝香凤凰单枞乌龙茶中的挥发性香气组分。通过分析对比,共鉴定出39种挥发性香气成分,包括酯类(3种)、杂环类(1种)、醛类(8种)、醇类(13种)、酸类(1种)、酮类(6种)和烃类(7种)。
Volatiles aroma components in Huangzhi aromatic Camellia sinensis cv. Fenghuangdancong tea are investigated by Hydrodistillation(HD), Solid Phase Microextraction(SPME) and Simultaneous Distillation Extraction(SDE) coupled to GC- MS. A total of 39 components are identified,the main volatile aroma components of Huangzhi aromatic Camellia sinensis cv. Fenghuangdancong tea are esters,hydrocarbons,alcohols,ketones and aldehydes etc.
