摘要
从中职和高职职业教育人才培养模式的不同特点入手,着重探讨实现食品营养与检测专业中高职有效衔接的具体做法。通过对中高职培养目标衔接、专业标准衔接、教学和课程内容衔接、教材衔接、职业资格衔接、招生考试衔接等方面进行有益的探索和实践,旨在对促进中高职衔接的发展、优化人才培养方案等方面提供一定的借鉴。
The specific passages for this efficiently linking is carried out,bases on the difference of the talent- cultivating model between secondary and higher vocational education. This passage involes their combination on trainning target, prefession standard, teaching and course, material for teaching, profession qualification as well as recruit student. This appoarch is benefit for promoting the development of vocational convergence and optimizing the model of talent- cultivating.
