Reform and Practice of Project Teaching Method in Dairy Production Technology Course

与传统教学法相比,项目教学法更加有利于实现高职高专高技能、高素质人才的培养目标。通过介绍"乳制品生产技术"实行项目化教学的一些经验,展示项目化教学的设计、实施以及取得的效果。

Compared with the traditional teaching method,the project teaching method is more conducive to achieve the goal of cultivating higher vocational talents with high quality. This paper mainly introduces some experiences of project teaching,including design,implementation and effect of project teaching method.
