连作土壤对铁观音茶树生理特性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以种植4年,9年,30年的铁观音茶树土壤为材料,以新开垦的土壤为对照,分析不同土壤对移栽后铁观音茶苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,随着土壤年限的延长,铁观音茶苗的生理指标基本呈现下降趋势。与对照相比,随着种植年限的延长(4~30年),超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)、过氧化物酶活性(POD)、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量的抑制率分别由4.23%上升至35.21%,3.28%上升至34.02%,0.44%上升至34.07%,1.55%上升至26.30%,8.01%上升至48.68%;而丙二醛(MDA)含量则呈现上升趋势,即抑制率由-5.56%下降至-77.78%。光合生理指标分析结果表明,随着土壤年限的延长,铁观音茶苗相应指标依然呈现下降趋势,30年土壤种植的铁观音表现最为明显,体现在与对照相比,光合作用速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量的抑制率分别达到30.95%,28.57%,22.64%,44.77%,35.94%。可见,随着茶树种植年限的延长,茶树种植土壤对茶树生理特性的影响加剧,进而影响茶叶的品质,导致其品质下降。 In this paper,the culture soils of tea trees at 4,9,30 planting years are chosen as study materials and the newly reclaimed soil is chosen as control to analyse the physiological characteristics of tea seeding. The results show that the physiological and photosynthetic indices decline with increase of the soil planting years of Tieguanyin. Comparing with the control,the inhibition rate of SOD,CAT,POD, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content increase from 4.23% to35.21%,3.28% to 34.02%,0.44% to 34.07%,1.55% to 26.30%,8.01% to 48.68%,respectively. But the inhibition rate of MDA content decline from-5.56% to-77.78%. The results of photosynthetic indices show that the photosynthetic indices are declining with increase of the soil planting years of Tieguanyin,especially the Tieguanyin seedling planting in the 30 years soil. Comparing with the control,the inhibition rate of photosynthetic indices as photosynthesis rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate,chlorophyll content are 30.95%,28.57%,22.64%,44.77%,35.94%,respectively. The results suggest that the physiological characteristics indices of tea seedling are declined with increase of the soil planting years of Tieguanyin and there may be lead to the decline of tea quality.
