摘要 随着社会和经济的快速发展,环境遭到严重的重金属污染,研究重金属的快速测定方法,为食品、医药、化妆品及保健行业等提供可靠依据就显得特别重要。将电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)应用于鱼体组织中重金属残留的测定,以微波消解法处理样品,结果表明该法检出限低,为0.03~3.27μg/L,质量浓度与信号强度呈良好的线性关系,方法精密度在0.70%以内,回收率为88.7%~119.6%。 With the rapid development of social and economic,environment are serious heavy metal pollution. The research of fast determination method of heavy metals to providing reliable basis for the food,drug,cosmetics and health care industry is especially important. This paper uses inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES) in the determination of heavy metal residues in fish,microwave digestion method for sample,the results shows that this method has low detection limit between 0.03~3.27 μg/L,concentration and signal strength are in a good linear relationship,precision is less than 0.70%,recoveries are in between 88.7%~119.6%.
