摘要
β-谷甾醇是一种常见的植物甾醇,广泛存在于植物种子、茎叶、植物油和蔬菜水果中,其中以植物油中含量最为丰富,其具有较高的营养价值与生物活性,被广泛应用于医药、食品、保健品及化妆品等领域,成为当今天然产物开发的研究热点之一,特别是其在防治心脑血管疾病、降低胆固醇等方面备受人们关注。探讨β-谷甾醇的来源及分离纯化研究进展,并从抗氧化、降低胆固醇、抗炎、免疫调节、抗肿瘤和中枢神经系统作用等方面探讨β-谷甾醇的药理活性及临床应用,从而为其在医药保健品的进一步开发提供依据。
β-sitosterol is known as a common sitosterol,which is belong to a plant sitosterol. It is widely found in the seed,leaf,stem,seedoil of the plant and some fruit. Among of them with the seedoil have rich content of β-sitosterol,the β-sitosterol has high value of nutrition and activity of biological,it has been applied for the medical,food,functional food,cosmetics and other areas,it has now become one of hotspots in the development of natural product,especially in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and decrease cholesterol and other aspect attracted by more people.This paper explored β-sitosterol’s origin and research progress of separation and purification. By anti-oxidant, reducing cholesterol, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, anti-cancer and central nervous system pharmacological activity and clinical application of β-sitosterol would be explored. So as to provide a provement for its application in medicine and functional food for the further development.
