摘要
通过对菏泽市2所高职院校学生工匠精神的培养现状进行调查,并对一些专业教师进行访谈,分析了目前高职院校在培养学生工匠精神中存在的问题和不足,并对以后高职院校学生工匠精神的培养提出一些切实可行的建议。
This paper investigated the current situation of cultivating artisan spirit in two higher vocational colleges in Heze city,and interviewed some professional teachers,analyzed the problems and deficiencies in cultivating artisan spirit in higher vocational colleges. Some practical suggestions were put forward for the cultivation of artisan spirit in higher vocational colleges.
