摘要
通过收集高职院校烹饪技能教学目前存在的问题,探讨了师资队伍、教师能力、实训条件、实训室管理和教学思路等各方面对学生专业技能提升的影响,并提出了相应的解决对策。
By collecting cooking skills teaching the existing problems in higher vocational colleges, this paper discussed the teaching staff,teachers and teaching ability,training condition,training rooms management ideas in all aspects such as the image of students professional skills upgrading,and proposed the corresponding solution countermeasures.
