摘要
环核苷酸是机体中广泛存在的一种重要活性物质,枣中发现的环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)具有增强免疫、改善肝功能等活性作用。结合相关的研究进展,综述了枣果中环核苷酸的动态生长、提取方法和检测技术的研究状况,并对其功能活性进行了系统条理的介绍,可为红枣产业及功能性产品的开发和应用提供一定的参考。
Cyclic Nucleotides are an important active substance in the body. It was found that cycloadenosine(cAMP) and cycloguanosine(cGMP) in jujube have the effects of enhancing immunity,improving liver function and so on. Based on the related research progress,the dynamic growth and the method of extraction and detection of cyclic nucleotides in jujube fruit were reviewed. The functional activity of cyclic nucleotides in jujube were also introduced systematically, which provided references for the development and research of functional products of jujube.
