乡村振兴关键在于人才振兴。在深入分析乡村乡村振兴战略中人才需求的基础上,研究农业专业硕士人才培养目标的创新定位,从课程体系建设、实践平台、论文选题等途径提高学生在服务乡村发展的能力,助力乡村振兴。

Talent revitalization is the key to rural revitalization. This paper based on an in-depth analysis of the talent demand in the rural revitalization strategy. Moreover,the innovative orientation of the training target of master’s degree in agriculture was investigated in this paper. From the curriculum system,practice platform,topic selection to improve the ability of students to serve the rural development and rural revitalization.
