基于“互联网+创新创业”背景下“粮油加工工艺学”课程改革

Teaching Reform of Grain and Oil Processing Technology Curriculum on the Background of Internet + Innovation and Entrepreneurship

基于"互联网+创新创业"背景下,对"粮油加工工艺学"课程进行了改革。从2个方面进行阐述:一方面对从事"粮油加工工艺学"教学的教师提出了可行性建议;另一方面,对"粮油加工工艺学"教学内容和教学方法提出了改革,以满足新形势下对食品人才的需求。

The reform of Grain and Oil Processing Technology curriculum based on the background of Internet + innovation and entrepreneurship. In order to meet the needs of food talents and under the new situation,this paper mainly analyzed from these two aspects. On the one hand,the teacher who was engaged in the teaching of Grain and Oil Processing Technology,was given a feasibility recommendation;on the other hand,the reform concerning teaching contents and teaching method was advocated in the paper.
