猪粪便沼液中多种抗生素残留量的LC-MSMS检测

Determination of Residual Antibiotics in Pig Manure and Biogas Slurry by LC-MSMS

采用固相萃取-超高效液相色谱三重四极杆质谱联用法同时检测猪粪便、尿液和沼液中磺胺二甲嘧啶、磺胺氯哒嗪、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺对甲氧嘧啶、磺胺吡啶、磺胺甲氧哒嗪、恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、单诺沙星、红霉素等12种抗生素,优化了前处理和分离检测条件,12种目标物在10 min内完成分析,在质量浓度1.00～100μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.05～3.00 ng/mL,实际水样加标回收率为62.5%～105.2%。

Simultaneous determination of pig feces,urine and biogas slurry by solid phase extraction ultra performance liquid chromatography with three heavy four stage mass spectrometry sulfamethazine,sulfa-chloropyridazine etc. twelve antibiotics. The pretreatment and separation detection conditions were optimized. Twelve targets were analyzed within 10 minutes. The linearity of the method was good in the range of 1.00~100 μg/L. The detection limit was 0.05~3.00 ng/mL. The recoveries of the actual water samples was 62.5%~105.2%.
