摘要
樱桃番茄含水量多、皮薄、肉多,在常温下不易长期贮藏。主要介绍现阶段樱桃番茄商业价值与保藏的意义、我国对于果蔬保鲜的方法、国内外近些年对于樱桃番茄气调冷藏研究成果,并结合实际情况对气调冷藏保鲜的前景分析和该技术在果蔬保鲜领域的发展方向进行展望。
Cherrytomato contains a lot of water, thin skins,and many flesh. They are not easy to store at room temperature. This paper mainly introduced the commercial value of cherry tomatoes and the significance of preservation,the preservation methods of fruits and vegetables in China,and the research results of controlled atmosphere refrigeration of cherry tomatoes at home and abroad in recent years. Combined with the actual situation, the prospect of controlled atmosphere refrigeration was analyzed,and the development direction of this technology in the field of fruit and vegetable preservation was prospected.
