Practice and Research on the Integration of Ideological and Political Education into the Profession Education of Food Safety Rapid Detection Technology

针对如何发挥课程思政教育在高校专业课程中的作用,基于食品安全专业的特点,结合"食品安全快速检测技术"课程的特点,从教师道德政治素养、知识点与案例、考核模式等方面对开展课程思政教育的实践途径进行了初步的探索。

In view of to play the role of the ideological and political education in college professional courses, combined the characteristics of Food Safety Rapid Detection Technology course and the characteristics of food safety specialty,explored on the practical approaches to the construction of ideological and political education,in the aspects of teachers’ own ideological and moral quality,curriculum knowledge points and cases,assessment mode.
