话语权视阈下高校舆情生成机制研究

Research on formation mechanism of university public opinion from the perspective of discourse power

在当代思潮中,话语权是指影响社会发展方向的能力。随着网络技术的日渐普及,不论是在社会生活还是在高校环境中,话语权都出现了去中心化现象,进而出现舆情议题泛化、多元化、群体化以及难控化。由此,文章主要从高校舆情的特征、生成动因以及演化模式对其生成机制进行研究,结合当下风险化社会物理环境与信息环境模糊不清的显著特征,分析高校舆情生产的主要、次级以及核心要素,将高校舆情的演化路径用"幼虫到出茧"模式进行归纳与分析。在深入了解高校舆情生成机制的情况下规避舆情危机的产生,可以降低高校舆情非理性带来的边际危害。

According to contemporary ideological trend,the so-called discourse power is the ability to affect the direction of social development. With the increasing popularity of the network technology,the decentralization phenomenon of the discourse power arises in both social life and university life. Consequently,the topics of the public opinion become more general,more diverse,more collective and more difficult to control. The formation mechanism of university public opinion is studied from such aspects as characteristics,motivation and evolution model based on the characteristics of border ambiguity between the physical environment and information environment in the risk society. The primary,secondary and core elements of the formation of public opinion in college are analyzed,and the developing mode of 'from larva to the cocoon'is used to summarize and analyze the evolution path of college public opinion. A profound understanding of the formation mechanism of university public opinion helps to avoid the public opinion crisis and reduce the marginal harm brought by the irrationality.
