摘要
基于TRIZ理论,针对目前课桌椅结构单一、不可灵活调节等不足,采用组合原则设计出一种桌面可升降并翻转一定角度、椅面位置可水平调节的课桌椅,建立了可调节课桌椅的三维模型,分析了桌椅的工作原理,制作了实物并进行了性能测试,结果表明所设计的课桌椅可实现灵活、平稳的自动调节,具有较强的实用意义。
In view of the weakness of current desk and chair such as dull structure and inflexibility in adjustment,we design a set of desk and chair,whose desktop can be lifted and turned to a certain angle and the chair can be adjusted to some level,based on the TRIZ theory. We construct a 3D model of adjustable desks and chairs,analyze their working principle,make the physical prototype and test its performance.The results show that the desks and chairs achieve the purpose of flexible and stable automatic adjustment,which is significant in practice.
