滏阳河渡槽槽壁脱空检测技术

摘要 针对滏阳河渡槽矩形薄壁梁式渡槽结构的槽壁混凝土脱空开裂后的灌浆效果检测,提出了在渡槽槽身待测区域划定测区,采用混凝土超声横波层析成像技术检测化学灌浆密实度。检测结果表明芯样裂缝内灌浆料填充饱满。混凝土CT成像仪检测结果未发现内部空洞、脱开现象。灌浆部位粘结性能检测结果表明芯样抗拉试验断裂位置未与裂缝灌浆部位重合,化学灌浆起到了恢复渡槽槽身整体性能的目的。 To detect the grouting compactness of concrete of the rectangular thin-walled beam aqueduct structure of the Fuyang River Aqueduct,the ultrasonic shear wave detection technology is proposed,and detection area is divided into several measure units,and the chemical grouting density by ultrasonic shear wave tomography is carried out.The results show that the filling material in the core sample was filled with filling material,and concrete CT imager results show no internal cavity and detachment.The bond property test results show that the fracture position is not consistent with the crack grouting part,and that the chemical grouting can restore the overall performance of the aqueduct body.
