水利工程监理单位,要想做好现场监理工作,必须建立健全完善的规章制度,量化公司项目总监理工程师的责、权、利,建立高效的监理机构和安全施工控制体系,认真做好"三控制、两管理、一协调"工作,合理确定关键控制点,从而对项目进行有效的监督管理。
