摘要
目的:分析门诊西药房药品管理与发放数字化管理措施。方法:对医院采用数字化管理前(对照组)和数字化管理后(实验组)各一年中的门诊西药房药品盘点时间、报损率和账实相符率进行总结比较。结果:实验组各项门诊西药房管理项目数据显著好于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字化管理可以让门诊西药房的工作效率得到有效提升,对西药报损率高和账实相符率低的情况进行有效改善,同时可以让各种失误发生率得到有效控制,让患者的满意度得到提升。
[abstract ]objective:to analyze the outpatient pharmacy drug management and distribution of digital management measures. Methods:the hospital USES the digitized management (control group)before and after the digital management (experimental group) each year in the outpatient pharmacy drug inventory time,reported loss rate,and zhang real consistent rate are compared and summaG rized.Results:the experimental group the outpatient pharmacy management project data significantly better than the control group, comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion:digital management can make the work effiG ciency of outpatient pharmacy effectively promoted,the western medicine reported loss rate of high and low rates of zhang real match effectively improved,and at the same time can make all kinds of error rate,the effective control to the patient's satisfaction improved.
